I was a long-standing customer of this agency and never had issues. I have since moved to State Farm, where my rates are much cheaper. I was fine with receiving a call every six months to compare rates, but that has not been the case. This agency has hired a third-party telemarketing firm to generate business. While I understand the strategy, the execution has been excessive and unacceptable. Despite telling them I already received a quote and to call back in six months, I’ve received five calls in just two weeks. After the repeated calls, I contacted the agency directly. I was told they would inform the telemarketing company to stop. Yet today, I received another call. This particular Allstate agency is beyond wonderful to work with. We are very happy with our rates, and the customer service is the best I've ever had. They really treat you like a person and not a number, I never dread when I have to call into the office to make a change or something. They always treat you well and handle everything very professionally.

This review is for my mother who does not have a google account. An Allstate Insurer hit my parked car while I was visiting my mother in a Nursing Rehabilitation Facility. She was polite enough to leave me a note on my vehicle that she hit my car. She put her name and number on the note to contact her. I called her and she called me back and gave me all of the pertinent information. I called Allstate that very minute to start a claim. I also called my insurance company to start a claim. 3 days had gone by and I had not heard from anyone. So I called her agent and a woman named Macey told me that they have no report of the woman calling in to open a claim. I will now refer to her as Allstate Marcy. The reason why I went with allstate is because they give you money back towards your account on good driving.

The best insurance company I’ve ever had! They are always nice and always helpful! They have reusable prices too! I was surprised at what my auto rate was. I was expect it to be a lot more! Highly recommend!!! Marci is the best! Every time I call she’s the one who answer and it’s nice to always talk to the sameness person!! (I hope I spelled her name right!)
