I rarely ever leave reviews, because I know people are human. We all go through good and bad, and I feel that’s what gives us understanding in helping others. That being said, on occasion that I do leave review, it is because I feel that an establishment provides excellent quality of service, or has a particular individual that provides a superior level of service. The agent assigned to me, was Angelina Morales, and she was an absolute godsend. The level of professionalism and quality of service She provides, is equally matched with her kindness and empathy. When going through Some of the most difficult times I’ve ever gone through, she really gave me hope. Thanks Angelina 🙏🏽

This company sent my mother a threatening letter in the mail with a screenshot of her address and home off of Zillow, and a handwritten note that states “good value” for an incident that occurred in 2022 where she was not the driver of the vehicle. This is threatening and harassing behavior that should be looked into, in regards to the way this debt collector attempts to scam people out of funds they are not subject to receive.

This company is a SCAM! I have never done business with them and they got ahold of my card information and charged over $300.00 on my card. I have never even heard of this place. Places and people like this are horrible and karma is what you deserve

I was surprised to see the amount of negative reviews under this company's profile since they have been nothing but positive to work with throughout the complexities of my case. I had the pleasure of having Kasey French as the specialist attached to my case and I could not have been more thankful. After reading some reviews I can see that Geico tends to give people the short end of the stick, myself included. My undoubtedly complicated case took 51 days to straighten out, but if it weren't for the assistance Kasey provided me with I can confidently say it would have taken 6+ months to reciprocate. I can give the personal guarantee that she will be not only extremely knowledgeable, but also compassionate (which is extremely rare to see nowadays, to say the very least), and respectful of you

Very grateful for the honest reviews about said collection agency. Shame on Geico for selling debt/fraud to them. They're liars. 2 threatening letters claiming if I don't pay their ransom, my drivers license will be suspended. That's NOT how collections works. Do Not give them a dime. My case never went to court; nor will it ever go to court. I didn't cause the accident. Now I need to stand my ground and ignore a ridiculous collection agency. Good luck scumbags. DWSTORY & associates, Inc. are bottom feeders. Please be good to You and don't let these thugs intimate you. You're better than them in every way...
