One of the worst agencies I have ever worked with. When my policy ended they claimed they called me (once with no voicemail then lied to me saying that they tried to leave a voicemail after originally telling me that they did not leave one) and that they claimed they emailed me. I had no email ever sent to me from any of their people. They sent snail mail and said that that sufficed. I travel and was not there to receive that mail. My agent Tammy and Eduardo, (Tammy being the manager) said "do you want me to call you so much that I bother you?" Yes Tammy I do this is insurance on my house, call me and make sure that I have insurance as that is your job. She thought that one supposed missed call sufficed on outreach. I worked with Kyle today, who came recommended on a Facebook post. I was looking for insurance quotes for my new business I’m starting and he was absolutely amazing. He paid close attention to detail and didn’t leave anything out. He called me back so fast and explained everything to me so I knew what I was going to be covered for. I was looking for a new agent after my existing agent failed me when my need for guidance and support was greatest (following IRMA).
