This place has gotten worse over the years specially Maria Afonso. My family and I have used them for over 20 years and anytime we get our insurance renewal we always like to check if there is a cheaper company and one of my family members went in person asking her and all Maria said was again??(because she asked last year) was there need for that? And isnt that your job? In my opinion that was very unprofessional and rude. Goes to show they don’t appreciate the customers and business. Something about this office is just strange, they refuse to look for any other company but when you call a Murphy in a diff town or city they are glad to help. Same thing happened to me, I have to deal with Becky and last year I called and asked the same, she told me nope no other insurance is cheaper. I cal
