Cyndy Johnson: Allstate Insurance

I didn't really know Cyndy as she had only taken over the agency with my last payment. But, she was very helpful getting me to understand the mechanics of the program that gives a discount if they monitor the driving. Unfortunately, it was only half good - because the allstate app that monitored the driving was down -and if we didn't register by the premium date, it couldn't be used. We got one drive registered, but not the other. It was a frustrating experience.

I spent two days checking rates with other insurance companies for Home Owner's insurance, for a home close by in Sherman Park, including USAA, Actuity, Progressive and StateFarm. Cyndy Johnson was able to work with me to beat their rates by a large margin. She was friendly, helpful and very responsive, so I'm glad to support her business.

Talk a good talk, really good at con game. Made mistake, trusting n never ever go in THAT direction again. Was a loss in every direction with them. Top rated insurance companies gave me 6 months of insurance n it was cheaper than their down payment. I'd never suggest them to ANYONE! No, not the right place for anything but losing money!

I feel I have the best agent ever. Any time I need guidance or assistance, they are just a phone call away. Allstate has grown out of my budget over the years, but due to the service and personal attention that I receive when dealing with my agent and her staff, I have continued to keep my business with Allstate.
