This company started out great as my insurance agent. Over 3 years I have been using them. This year their work ethics have just gone downhill. 2 real estate closing were almost lost because paperwork either wasn’t submitted or was done incorrectly. This last policy took me through the roof and I have decided to part ways. Their mistakes have cost me extra money and construction delays. They have no remorse for their errors and refuse to improve.
