Curtis and his team are truly outstanding! I primarily work with Jeremy, who is absolutely phenomenal, but every interaction I’ve had with the entire team—including Curtis—has been exceptional. Their customer service is unmatched. Every single time I need something, they are immediately on top of it—often resolving things in a few hours to the same day. I’ve never experienced such responsiveness, professionalism, and consistency from an insurance company. Their kindness, attention to detail, and the way they run their business genuinely deserve recognition. Hands down, the best insurance company I’ve ever worked with.
