Curtis J Wofford: Allstate Insurance

O/10 recommend. My dad has been a LOYAL customer for 46 years and his accident on June 11th has been nothing but issues with Allstate. No one answers, no one will call back. He was told he couldn’t use his debit card number for claims payout so they sent a check in the mail that we still haven’t received almost 3 weeks later. Signed my dad up in the Allstate app myself for his debit card info. Why he wasn’t told he could sign up himself is beyond me, all of this could be avoided. Ridiculous

Anything i needed done on any of my policies are done immediately. I have the change the next day. They are super friendly and very helpful on any concerns that i have and answers your your questions honestly. It’s very important to be able to trust your insurance carrier. I know that i can trust the persons in this office!!

Only thing I disagree with is he don't take cash but I guess I understand

Mr. Curtis was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all my questions and even gave me advice. I will recommend him to all my friends.

My wife and I have been customers at Curtis' allstate agency for at least 5 years now, on May 4th we stopped by his office because I needed him to help set up Allstates DriveWise app. Their were no other customers in his office at that time, but all we could get him to do was give us the Customer Service number so they could "walk me through" setting it up on our phone. We also had questions about Why our monthly bill had gone up over $100. a month. We haven't had any wrecks or tickets in years and my wife has never received a ticket. Well Mr. Wofford says he's gonna check into it and told us he would call us today to explain why it all of a sudden went up that much.
