Horrible communication. Great company with "good rates". But after they make the sale, if there is any problems with what they told you when/how much youre paying compared to whatever provider ends up giving you, they will not help you. Poor practice/bad customer retention. Shop around.

Iris was very helpful getting me insurance for my new motorcycle. I didn’t really know what I needed or what the different coverages meant. She helped me out and helped me understand it. She was very patient with me figuring things out, asking lots of questions and even taking a little while to talk to other people around me. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Iris!

Best insurance broker around! I spoke both to Ruby Trujillo and Alejandra Plata. They both were very kind and patient! I called in a couple times and each time they we're very helpful with getting me direct quotes. As well as great pricing compared to my other quotes. Moral of the story, don't waste your time anywhere else. Talk to Alejandra or Ruby and they'll take great care of you! Thanks guys!

I contacted Culver Insurance today to get a quote since our insurance had lapsed for two weeks and couldn't be reinstated. A couple of hours later, Ruby called back with a quote of over $1500 for the year. I mentioned to her that half of our motorcycles are non-op yet she said it’s 6400 miles for mileage running or not. That’s (incorrect information) I told her that this wasn't fair, to which she responded that insurance rates have been increasing. After conducting extensive research, I managed to return to my original insurance carrier and they had mentioned I didn’t need a broker and secured a new policy for just $254 for the entire year. My son died instantly in a tragic motorcycle accident on October 6, 2024. I contacted Phil CEO to get a refund for his policy after getting a bill in January. He appeared heartfelt but now to date NO response & NO refund for a policy that should have been cancelled effective 10-7-24. Unbelievable that I called every day last week and left a message for 5 days in a row with NO response. I have now filed a formal complaint with department of insurance. I am owed maybe $280 and I have no words to describe the additional stress and pain caused by the lack of respect or response from Phil. 😫
