Service is great will recommend
I have paid huge premiums for 8 years for supposedly comprehensive homeowners coverage. After snowpocalypse 2021 I filed my first ever claim and after more than a week & multiple calls to them, an adjuster finally called to tell me they weren't going to cover one.single.penny
Great customer service, I give them 3 stars because they charge $100 on top of the insurance cost. This is the only office I know that charges this extra fee.
Managed my homeowners insurance for 7 years. They even change my provider if they find better or cheaper coverage.
Been using them for years. Car and home insurance. Friendly and affordable. Spanish speakers!
