I met Kim for the first time when I went to the office to switch my insurance agency. She was very helpful at that time, and subsequently, she was very responsive and prompt at my questions and request with a policy change. I'm glad with my decision to switch to CS and pleased with my experience with Kim. I'll be most likely moving my other policy to her as well.

This agency is the best to deal with. The person I work with on my policies is Kim. She takes care of everything. I moved to C & S Insurance from another agency. It was such a smooth transition I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend this agency.

Horrible Horrible agency.... changed my policy without notifying me, increased my rates without permission, neglected to send me my bills and never notified me about any bill or late fees and they have both my personal cell and email on file.... they were super eager to call and email before signing me and then they took my money and neglected to do their job!I
