Dropped in to get a title bond for my new truck. Kimberly, the associate that handle my transaction, was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions, brought to my attention other procedures for acquiring my tag. Procedures that the tag office neglected to tell me, saving me from going to the tag office a third time. She was very patient with me and my 20 questions. She also informed me of all the other services they provide, which I will need in the near future, about business insurance. And on top of all that she was helping me after they closed. I want to thank Kimberly for going above and beyond today.
