Great as long as you don’t get into an accident. Had them 2 years with no problems. Since the time of my first accident I got nothing but phone calls saying I had to find a new insurance. If i’m paying for an insurance company to have my back when an accident occurs, they shouldn’t be against me nor should i be harassed to find a new company when it happens. The insurance company was great but the agents are not. They need to learn to treat every customer with respect. Very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed.

The last thing you hope you will never need. I did, and thanks to Howard and company i was covered. On Feb 16th a drunk driver slammed into my auto repair shop and did major structural damage. After 40 years i could never have imagined something like this happening, but it did! But thanks to crossing insurance i had the coverage to rebuild and get my business back up and going very quickly. If you could avoid this place do so! Kathy likes to make false statements against you and argue through emails. Also Lisa is very rude and not helpful. Both woman are very aggressive and are not helpful at all!

When shopping for insurance the staff was very informative with what coverage I would need for my home and auto.Very polite and took the time to answered all my questions that needed answered. Customer service was great...
