I have to praise Justin DeLoach at Cross. He was so informative and helpful while I was swapping insurance from one car to another. He also helped me swap my specialty license plate that was passed down to me from my grandparents from my old car to my new one with such ease. His knowledge and expertise helped make this process easy and smooth for me. I can’t recommend Justin and Cross enough. I've been a customer of McSweeney & Ricci in Braintree for years, but now I deal with the Marshfield Office which is more convenient for me; it's so close to my home. Over the years, I've dealt with many people at the company and always had a good experience, but I love my account manager Catherine Joyce. She is personable and yet professional. She informed me that I could save money on my insurance if I donated $25.00 to a charity. I got to save money and feel charitable at the same time!
