Linda, if you’re reading this. This is for you. I’d give you 0 stars, but Google won’t let me. You SCREAMED at me when I needed help. You took me as a liar when I was scared and hurt. Taking young healthcare workers to court for throwing their back out after working through a whole pandemic? Be so serious. Do better. You deserve negative stars. I hope your socks never match.

Been with them a long time, different agent most every time I call. Very inexperienced personnel, usually put into a voice mail when calling. MMG just sent my Home Owners renewal no claims.RATE WENT UP CLOSE TO $609 this year. Time for a change!

Cross Insurance has always been very responsive to our needs. My agent, Stephanie, has worked diligently to get the best possible rates when we needed to get new insurance policies. This could have been much more stressful but all turned out well. So appreciated. Have been with Cross for many years. Have always found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Prices are good. My insurance agent retired so a new one was appointed to me. I called to ask who it was and how to get in touch with them and was told they can't share the contact information of my insurance agent. Update: Sr account manager got in touch to assist and to correct the record: agent contact information is allowed to be shared, and my agent's contact information was provided to me. As a result of this positive interaction I will continue my business with Cross.
