I have been with State Farm for nearly 40 years, but my local office was NOT taking care of my needs. I almost switched to another carrier, but my friend encouraged me to come and discuss my issues with Cristina. She fixed ALL the issues, that I had been having for several years, in one visit and a few emails. I will gladly drive an hour to see her when necessary. Amazing service and understanding of my insurance needs. Great support staff. Very responsive.
