I worked for Toyota for 26 years, and I was a Toyota service manager. I was so impressed with the quality of the experience I had with JJ. I am beyond completely satisfied and I want others to know that I am 100% positive that JJ treats all of his customers the way he treated me. Anyone can get you low insurance rates but JJ and the folks at CIA have always taken great care of me and everyone I’ve sent their way. They have always been available day and night when we needed something. 10/10 would recommend.
