I called almost 2 weeks ago for auto/home quote. I was told it would be a week for a quote...waited for a week, received no info. I called a day later and was told I would receive a call this week about the requested quote. I've heard nothing back, I definitely don't recommend Crest Insurance "customer service" (this review is for the Cottonwood Az branch)

I was very impressed with Draxler Insurance during my recent search for homeowners insurance. I reached out to Nick, who was very quick to respond and super helpful! Very dissatisfied with service. Impossible to get anything done online. Have asked repeatedly for hard copies to be furnished and all I get is referral to webpage that DOES NOT WORK! Will be looking for other insurance.
