Husband Jim and I filed claim with insurer and John Lewis, Crawford property adjuster in MidAtlantic region, evaluated our damaged house roof. I wasn’t present but my husband said during eval that he was thorough and professional. What I was present for was the $ we received from insurer that was so fair and we thank Crawford for having an adjuster with integrity.

Dennis Duffy was called to be a 3rd party adjuster for an insurance claim associated with my home and a leaky roof. It took nearly 3-5 days to even schedule the inspection. After the inspection, he held up the process for a full 2 weeks while we waited for him to turn in his inspection report. When spoken to concerning the length of time, the excuse was "he was waiting for information from the contractor" that he should have obtained during his inspection. Just a really poor experience. I would definitely not recommend this company based on this experience.

Thx Crawford & Co (Broomall office)… Crawford was contacted bc of damages to my south Philly home. I was able to immediately schedule Tim to photograph & document all submitted damage to James Payne who awesomely assisted me in finishing all of the required assessment. Alls done now & I am satisfied with the fairness in outcome. I would very highly recommend Crawford & Co if needed in the pa de nj areas. Thx again :-)

This company is completely clueless on the difference in insurance laws and requirements from state to state. They will argue with you until they are blue in the face claiming they are right on issues they are dead wrong about. Worthless company who wastes consumers and other companies time and resources.
