Well I called Craig-Massee about an old bill that needed to be resolved that I had no clue about until I was getting a insurance quote from another insurance agency. They were very nice about letting me know what the owed amount was.
I love this place. Glenda is great at finding the best coverage to fit your needs and is great at trying to help you save! Definitely recommend this place for car insurance coverage.
Called for a quote. Told the agent this request was time sensitive, I was told I would get a quote the next day. Called two days later and commercial agent was out of the office the rest of the week. No quote given. Was told I would have to call back Monday . Told them that would be too late.
