Sally Coughlin in the Buffalo office is the reason we continue to stay with GEICO. She is always understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, consistently going above and beyond whenever we need assistance. It’s truly a pleasure speaking with her every time. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Sally delivers it every time. If you ever need anything GEICO-related, I highly recommend asking for her. She’s outstanding.

I had seen enough ads and thought for sure I could get a better deal doing my own research. I humbly admit, I was wrong. Jeremiah Hubert saved me from myself that day. After choosing Geico, the rep that I got a hold of through my internet search couldn’t and wouldn’t sell me insurance. So I Googled insurance agents close by and Craig Maitland came up a block away from where I was. So I went, met with Jeremiah Hubert, and he took my quote information which was already in the system and he lowered the quote from the one I was denied for. Don’t trust the “we’ll get you the best quote” ads that do all the searching for you. Some person on a computer half a world away doesn’t care about you. Get an agent. I really appreciate what Jeremiah did for me.

Gieco is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working with" this company. Don't let them record anything, what you say WILL be used against you!! Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.
