Carried an auto policy with this office from 1995 - 2021 when I moved out of state. I contacted this office prior to my move and asked if they knew of another state farm agent in Georgia they could refer me to. They didn't and that was totally OK. I moved to Georgia, found a new state farm agent and took out 2 new policies in Georgia. I contacted this office in December of 2021, requested my policy be canceled, provided new policy information in the State of Georgia and went about my life getting a Georgia license and registrations for both vehicles. Fast forward to 12/05/2023. I get pulled over in Georgia because the deputy ran my plate and it came back with a suspended license in the state of florida for a lapse in insurance. No help at all. they don’t offer a business policy or home insurance built before 2002. The lady who helped me did not look friendly at all. Customer service goes along way in providing a service and she does not represent customer service.
