He’s a “captive agent” which means the rates his office offers are set by the corporate office, so there’s no “magic button” they can push to give someone the “super secret discount” just to try to gain your business. For 10 years we have used Craig Farrell's team for our home, auto and business insurance. Every claim - several teen drivers in our home - has been handled efficiently and fairly. Their customer service is excellent. All of his staff are local members involved in the community. I am certain I could find better rates. I am certain I could not find better service or more sincere concern that we have the right coverage to match our needs.

We've been State Farm customers in Illinois for more than 35 years and with State Farm in Minocqua for almost 10 and were shocked to be DROPPED by Craig Farrell recently because we put in a claim to get help paying for a new garage roof due to hail damage. We are totally uphauled by this and God forbid I would ever put in "any" kind of claim with our Illinois State Farm Home Owners in fear of having them drop us. This is totally a lack of disrespect for customers who have been paying for years and have never made any claims...that's us!!! I hope this review will make new customers think twice about signing up with Craig Farrell State Farm Insurance in Wisconsin. A very unhappy customer.
