Avoid this agency like the plague. I switched my auto to them and they botched the process to the point DMV has revoked my registration. It’s been over two months and it still hasn’t been fixed. No trust in what they say.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We will be moving our insurance to another insurance company. Carrie is not the person that Craig Bowman needs working for him. She has lied to me concerning my payments to car and home insurance.
The agent has done a great job helping me with my account .
