Cox Specialty Markets

This under writer of our family business refused to help with our claim with the company they insured us through . It's been three months with a truck that's our lively hood in which all expenses are out of our pocket. You pay for insurance for your loss so far they took our money for years and now we have to fix the loss. Please Idk of the sham.

We have had a great experience. Our Specialty is Transportation so these guys have been essential. Communication and turn around are right on. Much better than other MGA's used previously.

This is a very good specialty market for our agency to use. They are quite responsive and have been able to place most everything that we have asked them to look at, in the special lines market place.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Horrible company. They do not appreciate good customers.
