Cox Insurance

My mother passed away leaving my disabled father a widower , on the 2/3/25 cox insurance was supposed to cancel the ridiculous high escrow of $3283, due to my father going with farm bureau since it is only $1200 for the same coverage. The office did not fax in the cancellation on 2/3/25 like they were supposed to . I had called the mortgage company to verify the cancellation and they hadn’t received it. They called and had them fax it right then and I got it cancelled. Well it was too late my father has already been charged and the money sent and now we are having to wait several weeks to get the refund, which is money someone who lives off of one income can not afford . I had expressed the urgency of the situation at the office and I guess it didn’t matter.

This place makes insurance easy. I live how they bare attentive and easy to work with.

Everyone in the office is amazing. My husband called to get an insurance quote and Lisa walked him through the best option for us. When we went in Gerald helped us with the finishing touches.
