The worst agency ever! People on the phone are mostly nice and want to help. However most of them have no real clue about what's going on, do lots and lots of wasted time and energy, and huge disappointments. So when everything is easy, great! But if there is an issue with your account, then you are toast and start praying really because it will take you hours and hours and days to find the potential right person that can fix your issue. It's like you have been hit by the twilight zone!!!

⁉️⁉️Be very careful calling this company. I tried to sign up online and they sold my information so fast. After I declined the price I ended up getting 35 phone calls day one. Day two I got 13 calls. Day three I'm already at 5 and it's been an 1hr 26mins since 8am. This is with active blocking 🚫. I've had to keep do not disturb on just to get peace. I wish I could add some pictures but seriously this is some major BS. Proceed with caution⚠️

Security guard is a menace. They let him attack whoever he wants. The staff is also unprofessional refusing to do their jobs.

Completely worthless company to deal with. Any type of savings that you might have gained through them will be taken back when they double charge you for your insurance plan for a month and then refuse to refund the money, conveniently blaming me the customer. I switched plan to go directly with my insurance provider but this wasn't reflected in their system so I got double charged for January. Seems like they're really good at keeping track of you otherwise but conveniently not when it comes to payments, only when it comes to making sure you don't make a dollar more than stated on your application. Another FAILED California agency. Get with the rest of the world and modernize for crying out loud. While I am at it, also stop forcing Auto renewal on people. In addition you website sucks,

Covered California is a joke. The "Representatives" who were supposed to help you never resolves any problems. Made all the mistakes with all the files my family and I have since February. Been trying to correct it until before leaving, nothing was done. My son who is a 7 yr old was filed as an adult from February to now. I already mentioned that Medical and Kaiser told me to tell them that they were the one who made all the errors with the paperworks since the beginning of the year. They make all the excuses they can and kept forwarding calls to surveys and then kept hanging up. When a "supervisor" finally was reached, they said it will take time to terminate the account even if my family and I are no longer living in the state.
