I needed to review our options for our family health insurance plan as I am expecting increases in deductible and copay for 2024. I had a great experience with the service and guidance that I received from Rachel. She explained the different options that I had and was able to select the one that fit my own situation the best.

I called this office to ask a couple of questions regarding health insurance. I spoke to Raquel. She is a very rude person. So unprofessional. You can tell she didn’t even want to help and gave me horrible attitude. Her tone of voice was just aggressive. Even raised her voice at me on the phone. Just horrible experience. Not helpful at all. Don’t go to her!!!! Find another office.

Raquel was great very attentive trustworthy and looking out for the best interest in the customer I shall be returning for other services thank you so much
