I am a new customer of Courtney's agency. Olivia is my insurance agent and she is awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and courteous. Prompt to respond and knows the answers. If she doesn't, she finds them quickly. I have nothing but glowing things to say about Olivia. She has made a huge difference in my experience with State Farm and is one of the reasons that I am confident in keeping my business with State Farm and Courtney.
