They are good people but I have left 6 messages over the past month and no one has got back to me. I even tried email but got no response. Their office has been closed due to COVID so you have to leave a message and they say they will call you. But it has been a month! I honestly don’t know if they are still in business..... UPDATE (4/12/25) - I emailed them an accident report a few weeks ago and they never called to ask me about it. I called and they said they received it and said someone would call me. No calls. I emailed them a letter I received from the other insurance company 10 days ago and then called them 5 days ago to ask about it and still no one has reached out to me. I am now in the process of getting quotes for insurance from other companies and will be leaving them very soon.

If you're looking for top notch customer service this is the place! Since day 1 I was treated with care ...Tina always helped when she could with anything and everything even not insurance related. She is very knowledgeable also with all insurance products. This is not your typical insurance office this is your insurance family! Try them , they truly care!

No words. I have left message after message trying to reach the agents at this particuliar agency since JANUARY of this year and have yet to get a response. The message says due to covid their new hours are 10-2, which I've called of course and still was made to leave a message. I've gotten a new car in the meantime and needed to add it to current policy and have still not able to reach someone. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR INSURANCE NEEDS
