Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and providing the document needed to be signed to cancel the homeowner's insurance policy on my mother's home. She acted in a very timely manner and made this easy to take care of.

It never fails Kim works her magic every time and gets the best deals. I sent a friend of mine to her and told them she was amazing and could do magic.
