Strongly advise avoiding this agency. When it comes to something as critical as homeowner’s insurance in California, this level of careless communication is unacceptable. Despite being referred by a friend of his, Jeremy provided virtually no service—no reminders, no follow-up, no guidance, and no effort to help when it really mattered. He appears to rely entirely on automated mailers while still collecting commissions, offering nothing that resembles professional insurance support. This lack of communication directly put our home and family at risk. We understand our obligations, but a responsible agent actively helps to protect there clients—not disappears when it matters most. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware.

Was great for 24 years. Susan H. retired a couple years ago and left a big hole in the office. No one like her - she is the ultimate in customer service. Took great care of my family and a couple of friends who also rave about her! Toni was a great back up. Has been horribly managed and just isn't the same. Many customers have left this agency in the past year. (have friends in the business) Friends and family talk. We took our business elsewhere, as well. Not sure how much business they can afford to lose? Unless you just want to be number, have to self-advocate and accept being treated rudely, keep walking.

New business owner here. Taking that leap is scary as anything and as a result I’ve lost quite a bit of sleep wondering how everything is going to fall into place, cost etc. I worked with Emily over there and I walked out feeling so much better vs walking in. She gave me so much confidence in her ability to work with small businesses over the phone. She spent more time than most would with me on the phone answering all my insurance questions. Has given me quotes in less than half a day (that were impressive) to say the least. I’ll be heading to Costello for all my insurance needs. Can’t say enough.

Sue Harbour is amazing with 28 years of experience. She was able to get us a reasonably prices insurance for a first time driver living in Massachusetts. Personal service, made sure we had the perfect coverage and was right on top of everything. They also do registry running which is a huge plus in my mind. She would get all business if I was local.
