Candace was great to work with. Saved me money on my auto and renters insurance. Atmosphere was super friendly and very excellent customer service. So helpful and understanding and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I was transferred to this office without my knowledge,after my agent of 26+ years retired. This agent is not here to fight for their customers. They are there to collect their portion of your policy and nothing more. I had to take State Farm to the appraisal process after they denied my June 2024 hail claim. I won the appraisal, I had my roof, siding and gutters etc done by one company and had to deal with another company to put in a new ac, I was told by claims to call back once the ac was done to receive the money awarded to me in my appraisal for the ac. I had the work done above and beyond what was required. I called to let them know and was told they aren't paying out! I was told to take them to court, I turned to this agents office for help and got nothing..what are they paid for ho

Candice was great to work with, she provided a quote for my car and renters insurance that was much lower than my current insurance and got me switched over within a couple days. I am happy to be back with Cory Laugen - State Farm Insurance.

Dont go through this office the only one who is somewhat capable of doing their job is Cory. i don’t know why anyone else is employed there they have very limited skills they can’t figure out how to setup a auto pay. they can’t figure out how to insure a ford transit been trying to get insurance on it now for several days and can never get a call back . Good luck with claims aswell had a handful of shingles blow of my house a couple years ago State Farm made that the worst experience they are very slow on claims and fought me every step of the way. Iv been with them for 10+ years and in the last 3 or so years they have been absolutely horrible. This place is a complete dumpster fire. Stay far away from this place
