Absolutely horrendous service can’t get a hold of anyone not by phone or email. The caseworkers assigned to your case throughout your claim do not care. It seems like it is impossible to get a hold of them either by phone with leaving a voicemail or sending an email the only person that seem concerned or cared about my claim or case was the receptionist if I could give this company a -5 stars, I would they greatly need to reevaluate their employees how their employees handle these cases, and that we are humans

I would give them a 0 if I could. They never answer the phone, and even if they did eventually call you back, they have no interest in helping of compensating workers for lost hours or for their injury, they’re a private company focused solely on making money and they do everything they can to keep what they skim off the top of up of your paycheck every week

this company absolutely doesn't care about the claimants they're supposed to be helping. I have tried contacting my adjuster numerous times to no avail and so have the doctor offices that need information about my case. So I have to stay in pain until someone from this company calls my doctors and then on top of that I have to pay out of pocket for my medication that's covered by corvel, because other adjusters and supervisors dont want to handle or approve something that I need. this company really needs to get their act together

No review needed. I dare you to try to get a hold of somebody, pick any one of them in any state. Nobody will ever answer nobody calls back. No information at all. You'll just sit and keep making phone calls. Waiting to get cleared to see a doctor
