After my car accident, he never bothered to check on my condition, never offered assistance, and only responded when I repeatedly initiated contact. Even then, he was useless—offering no guidance, no advocacy, and no effort. When State Farm totaled my nearly new car, Corky was silent. No pushback, no help securing a fair valuation—just radio silence. Yet he’s more than happy to collect commissions off my policies. That’s the extent of his involvement: cashing in while doing nothing. Insurance is only as good as the person representing it. Corky Cross is the reason people lose faith in agents altogether. I Do not recommend this location corky Cross State Farm. I called 9 days ago for an ins quote for 2 cars. The agent I was transferred to. Got my information said he would get a quote together and email me later. 9 days and still nothing today I called and Laura that answers the phone was really rude! She advised she sees the policy and can’t really inform me because it’s not finished. After hearing her tone My son in law suggested we call his agent Ethan Steele at Jeff Gannon State Farm and Laura actually agreed that we should just call them. I called and was transferred immediately to Ethan Steele and had a new policy for myself and daughter in the same phone call, which didn’t even take that long!! He made my phone call a priority at the moment I called, was informative, and respectful.
