Does not explain things fluently doesn't really give details in my case my general liability insurance. When it came to a claim I was upset at first that insurance wasn't going to cover and asked her what can I do , it's a big claim . All she will say is "i didn't know your insurance wasn't going to cover because it was part of tract houses, maybe you should get a new policy somewhere else with another agency ." .to me that was not helpful at all sending me somewhere else I even asked her to find me another policy with the right cover but she just told me to go somewhere else. I told her from the beginning I was new to all of this, getting an Llc company I didn't even know where to begin when it came to insurance.
