Corey Frazer - State Farm Insurance Agent

Cory Frazier took my insurance away due to roadside assistance, so now I have no car insurance after I paid,and I feel like owes me back because they kicked me off before they next cycle,so basically he ripped off! I'm so hurt so now he made the policy where I can't drive . So now to Community ,may I ask a question, or suggestions of what I should do. And don't wrong I know there's a 4.3 rating,and ,my question is Community i have w him for at least 5 years and basically Corey Frazier lied to me and deceived me on my roadside assistance. Now the results ended up.being where he just dropped me like a hottest baked potato ( well say?). Now,I need to ask Community? Can anyone out there pease help.me q any suggestions or comments???because now i have no insurance. !!! What kind of people @

Do not work with his agency. Do not work with Ashley Green at this agency. Told her I was a first time home buyer and first time getting insurance and she did not explain any process to me. Had a man show up to my house, Saturday at noon to take pictures and videos of my property, which Ashley failed to inform me would be happening. She even admit send an email she did not inform me of the process, and no one called me to set up a time or to even let me know someone would be coming to my property to take pictures and video. I understand this is pretty common in the insurance world, but it would be nice to inform the customer of what was happening. Also requested calls back from Corey multiple times and he did not return any phone calls to me. Instead my policy was cancelled for going to th

Insurance can be a drag but my time here was surprisingly nice. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and actually took the time to sit down and explain all the details of what I was buying. They even offered ways to lower the price after I was already content. If you're shopping around I highly suggest visiting the office, it made my experience a breeze.
