She really took the time to help me understand why having an in-person agent matters. There are hundreds of online companies that will sell you a policy, but they don’t stand behind you. There’s only one Corey Davidson.

We moved from Alaska to Arkansas over 16 years ago, where we had a great Allstate agent. We felt no need to change right away, but after meeting Corey, at my place of business, we decided to do so right away. We highly recommend her as an agent! She is personable, professional and goes to great lengths to take care of any issues in a timely manner. She's the perfect person to have your back when processing a claim or anything else that may arise.

Excellent service, very friendly. Automotive rates are not very competitive especially since I have no incidents in well over 20 years. Also beware of the homeowners policy when it comes to replacement due to damage reimbursement rates drop dramatically as the roof ages to the point of being useless.

Very unfriendly!! I was asked if she could help me and before I was finished telling her what I was there for, she immediately cut me off, stating she wasn’t taking any new clients. Okay. I then asked if she would be willing to look something up for me and she lied, saying since she was not my agent, she’d have no access to my information. So I asked, “Allstate is Allstate, correct?” She again told me she wasn’t taking any new clients and turned back to her computer! Rude and unprofessional!! It’s worth the drive to Bentonville where the staff are kind and considerate.
