Worst experience ever from a company that exists for the sole purpose of finding its clients the right policies and helping them navigate claims. My calls went unanswered. One woman who answered the phone was kind enough to make an effort but the rest? Useless. After my terrible experience here with people who can't be bothered, I found an insurance company with much better coverage for half of what I was paying going through Core. Core gave me a policy with Plymouth Rock who refused to uphold the terms of my policy in black and white. I was left to navigate an accident on my own, work with claims on my own while my agent for which I hired couldn't be bothered to return a call or emails. I'd he happy to pay a middle man if they did what their purpose was but it's not this company. Serio

The Core team have went above and beyond to submit and review my account while I was processing an auto glass claim. The team noticed my auto pay discount was not setup correctly. They walked me through and properly fixed my auto pay and made sure I was taking advantage of the policy salute to veterans donation program to receive the yearly discount on my policies. These programs I did not setup properly on my behalf are now fixed and saving me over $350 on my yearly premiums. Rock star team!
