Just called in for a flood insurance quote terrible experience as a business owner myself customers are expecting you to do your job nothing more nothing less. Instead of giving me a quote he asked who am I currently with and told me it would be best to have home owners insurance and flood insurance with the same company which is terrible advice my first home required flood insurance and my home owners insurance was with a different company.
