Totally unresponsive got a claim number still no movement it’s a workman’s comp I was at work I came straight to Er Ty Banner hand surgery cause I didn’t have the cash to get reimbursed I got denied care !!!! Got escorted to front n right out the building ummm I walked in with my hand wrapped I walked out all my limbs exposed Ty Banner my fingers turning black I have a claim number???? Naw it’s not approved I’ll definitely will have my lawyer include u on the law suit

This company is very misleading! if you aren't badgering them about your claim they will lie and say everything is handled when it is not. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my check I am beyond stressed with bills and they could care less.

Absolutely horrible people. Definitely don’t care about the person who was injured. Nancy Shockley is one of their adjusters and one of the worst human beings on the planet

Very unprofessional, the shark they assigned to me ignored all phone calls and messages. Thank goodness I had a savings when I was injured at the Sr Center.

This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional company I have ever had to interact with. They have completely neglected my husbands case and delayed his payments for over a month. The adjuster Joyce has not returned any calls or emails for over a month. The only way we got a response from her co worker not even her her co worker is threatening to get an attorney.
