We contacted them because our health insurance just wasn't providing everything we needed. Brianna contacted me and helped me find a better plan for the same price. My partner and I both switched and she spent 2 hours helping us get everything figured out. She never seemed rushed or bothered by our circumstances. Since our appointment she has followed up with our new company to make sure our applications had gone through and let us know what we needed to do to get the proofs to speed up the process. She's working hard for us and I honestly don't know how she's getting paid because they aren't charging us a cent. We now have a new agent we trust and know we can go to in the future for our insurance needs.

We booked a medicare review not realizing we had called the Longview branch which was not convenient due to living in Tyler. The Tyler branch took care of it and assisted us within a few minutes. Awesome group.
