I was looking for a quote for homeowners insurance, and when I called back the next day, after I gave my information, she said they had someone walk by my house and I would probably need the porch fixed, handrails added, etc. I attempted to clarify that she was referring to the incorrect house and that I had handrails, but she continuously interrupted me. She never tried to obtain the quote; I just got the feeling that she would rather not help me. I ended the phone call and went with a different Insurance broker.

Been with Consolidated insurance for over 15 years. Justin, Maegan, and the staff at consolidated have been great to work with. They are honest, trustworthy, and reliable people to deal with. Very grateful for the work they do!

Every time I sit back and think about the perfect day, I dream about smashing my hand in a door, eating lima beans, and shopping for insurance. All kidding aside, both Justin and Consolidated Insurance have been professional, fast, responsive, and their insurance - with no compromise in coverage - has been less expensive for my business and personal needs. And guess what? I didn't have to repeat "auto policy" 5 times while getting interrupted by a computer saying, "I'm sorry. I didn't get that," and I didn't have to "press 1 followed by the pound sign." I was able to talk directly to a person who lives and works in the same area as I do. So, if you are in the market for insurance, at the very least, make sure this group is at the top of your list.

I've worked with this location for many years. No matter when I call, to add, drop, change or just have general questions everyone is professional and helpful. They're consistently timely in their responses and have been such a pleasure to work with!
