This may be similar to other claim services but they are in the business to make money by limiting or denying your claim. Several roofers identified hail damage but Connor stated there was none based on age. Homeowners need to be aware of this tactic. Don't simply accept a denial. There are recourse you can take to hold insurance and claim companies accountable. My premiums were being paid for claims to be covered when issues arise. Remember, the adjuster works for the insurance company and is well compensated if your claim is denied.

I'd give this claims adjuster zero stars if I could. It took him over 2 months just to provide us a scope of the work that he felt needed done to our house due to wind loss. There were scrapes and gouges all over our roof from wind loss and having several trees all over the yard. He's trying to say its due to vandalism now. Also, when we finally got the scope, he left out half of the things that needed worked on and every single little nit picky thing has been an absolute fight to get covered. Now it's 3.5 months after the loss and we still have a huge hole in our bedroom and only a couple weeks ago finally got the roof. Oh, and now that the roof's done, he doesn't want to cover over $5,000 of the cost that is clearly part of the loss.
