We switched to Connor this past June and are leaving for another company after several weeks of attempting to get policy quotes where it took several business days and multiple people to get a phone call or email answered.

Avoid This Insurance Company. I have been a loyal customer of this insurance agency for years, even before it transitioned from Levin Insurance to Conner Insurance Inc. I entrusted them with all my insurance needs, including personal auto, home, rental properties business, and umbrella policies. Initially, their service was excellent, and I often recommended them to friends, family, and business contacts. Unfortunately, after the transition to Conner Insurance Inc., the quality of service declined sharply. For example, while I was traveling out of state, one of my rental property insurance policies with Progressive was dropped without renewal. There was no prior phone call or follow-up from their team.
