Terrible experience with Makaela! I made an appointment on August 21 to see if I can get a better rate for my home and car insurance. After contacting her twice between then and October 15 I was told that people were sick and out of the office and someone left and they had to hire someone new. In my opinion just excuses. Finally on October 15 after contacting her again, she said she was unsuccessful in getting a better quote. I just wonder how much longer I would’ve had to wait if I didn’t contact her. Stay away from this business! They’ll just put you on the back burner.

The most unprofessional little office that you will ever find. The agent is insulting to the clients and the senior citizens with a bad attitude like she can say what she wants. I am an easy person to do business with pay for car and home one time yearly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPLETE INSURANCE OWNER STAYS HOME !! and big mouth girl is just that BIG MOUTH!!!!!
