I cannot say enough about my recent interactions with Michele Bartolini @ Liberty Mutual. I live in CT and was recently shopping auto insurance quotes for my son, who was purchasing his first vehicle and didn't have time to do it. himself. Michele was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and extremely helpful. Not only did she provide a much better price than the online quote we were given, she went well above and beyond, dropping the policy package off at the dealership herself, on her way home !! We will be contacting her first for all of our insurance needs, now and in the future. This kind of service is almost impossible to find. Kudos to Michele !!
