I was just in a car wreck Friday, shook me up pretty bad, BP through the roof, I called Liberty today, the agent I spoke to, had already spoken to the driver who hit me, she proceeded to tell me what happened, based off what the other driver said! Talked over me repeatedly, put words in my mouth. Ended call telling me it’s pending, but they’re going to take majority liability, because I’m at fault. I felt unheard and profiled. Been trying to reach a supervisor but they never call back. They are trying to bill my customer $280,000 for a work comp audit but they won't remove an insured subcontractor who was converted into an employee.
