I was referred by a friend and had the chance to work directly with Dan and one of his team members Nicole. both were very responsive and knowledgeable of the products they were selling. I ended up saving almost $1,500 on my home and auto policies. Dan took the time to review my current policies and ensure they were appropriate and lined it up with my new policies. Nicole was great before during and after making sure I provided what they needed and took care of the cancellations and paper work as needed. Bought a home owners insurance policy back in 2022 through an agent who is no longer at the agency. I reached out to the agency couple months ago and spoke to Wilson Tan about wanting to bundle homeowners and car policies together and get new quotes for both. Wilson helped at that time but since I found better rates and savings through a different agency and purchased the policy through the different agency. I reached out to Wilson to cancel my insurance policy that I had through them, he forwarded the email to the insurance company. Ryan is very professional and he takes good care of his customers. This is my first time working with him but I don't think I have ever been in a conversation with anyone else in this field who would not hesitate to take enough time to make you feel comfortable and explain all the details in insurance policy. He goes beyond to find the best deal for you. He gives valuable reasoning behind an action and has built credibility. I would definitely refer him to anyone in my circle who needs help with insurance.
