I can't speak for any other agent there, please stay away from Ariel Ramirez Hernandez. Quoted me $142, my 1st monthly payment was automatically taken out for $192. I immediately contacted him, he said I'll look into it. 2 weeks later after not hearing from him I again asked him about the overcharge along with the lowering of payment for adding that I'm married. He responded with I asked about the $50 credit, I'll send you all the information about your policy. Didn't hear or receive anything, so I contacted the Insurance company directly which informed me that the quote was $192 the entire time. Why give false information which overcharges customers & then make excuses & give you the run around. Find an honest agent!
